Reservation and Deposit Terms

These Reservation and Deposit Terms apply to any customer who places a deposit or makes payment toward the purchase of a Clasica camper.
By placing a deposit or making payment, you agree to these Reservation and Deposit Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservation Deposit
Customers may begin the reservation process by paying a $500 reservation deposit.
The $500 reservation deposit starts the conversation with the Clasica team, helps hold the customer’s place in the reservation queue, and is applied toward the final purchase price of the camper.
The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of the $500 reservation deposit does not, by itself, finalize a camper purchase, guarantee a specific delivery date, or begin production.
2. Build Deposit
Before production begins, the customer will be required to pay a $14,000 build deposit.
The build deposit is due when Clasica notifies the customer that their camper is ready to move toward production.
The $14,000 build deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final purchase price of the camper.
Production will not begin until the build deposit and any required documentation have been received and accepted by Clasica.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance will be due before final delivery, pickup, or transfer of the camper.
Final payment details, including any applicable taxes, title, registration, documentation, approved additions, or other charges, will be confirmed before final delivery.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable once paid.
The $14,000 build deposit is non-refundable once paid.
If a customer cancels before paying the build deposit, Clasica will retain the $500 reservation deposit.
If a customer cancels after paying the build deposit, Clasica will retain both the $500 reservation deposit and the $14,000 build deposit.
Any additional amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposits may be refundable at Clasica’s discretion or as otherwise required by law.
5. Order Lock
An order is considered locked once the $14,000 build deposit has been paid and accepted by Clasica.
Once an order is locked:
The customer may not make changes to the order unless approved by Clasica in writing
The build deposit is non-refundable
Clasica may begin production planning, sourcing, scheduling, and fulfillment activities in reliance on the order
6. Fixed Product Configuration
Clasica offers a primarily fixed product configuration. Once an order is locked, changes are not permitted unless expressly approved by Clasica in writing.
Any approved exception may result in additional cost, revised timing, or updated terms.
7. Pricing
Pricing shown at the time of reservation or purchase for the standard camper configuration is subject to confirmation before production begins.
Any separately approved additions, taxes, registration fees, title fees, financing costs, customer-arranged transportation costs, or other customer-requested changes may result in additional charges.
Clasica reserves the right to correct clerical, typographical, or technical errors before accepting an order. If such an error affects an order, Clasica may cancel the order and refund amounts paid, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Estimated Timing
Any production, pickup, transportation, or delivery timeline provided by Clasica is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Clasica may reference an estimated fulfillment timeline of approximately 4 months or more, but actual timing may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier issues, shipping conditions, customs delays, payment timing, documentation timing, or other circumstances beyond Clasica’s reasonable control.
9. Pickup and Transportation
Clasica does not currently arrange shipping or delivery.
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or transportation of their camper unless otherwise agreed in writing by Clasica.
The camper is considered delivered when Clasica transfers possession to:
The customer, or
A third-party carrier, transporter, or shipping provider arranged by the customer or used on the customer’s behalf
If a third-party carrier or transporter is used, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handoff to that carrier or transporter.
10. Company Right to Cancel
Clasica reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before delivery and issue a refund of amounts paid if reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
Pricing or listing errors
Product unavailability
Manufacturing or supply chain disruption
Legal, compliance, or regulatory concerns
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Failure by the customer to complete required documents, provide required information, or make payments when due
If Clasica cancels an order under this section, Clasica’s obligation will generally be limited to refunding amounts actually paid by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Final Documentation
Customers may be required to review and sign additional purchase, pickup, delivery, title, warranty, financing, or related documentation before final delivery of the camper.
12. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing a deposit or making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
The $500 reservation deposit is due at the time of reservation
The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable
The $500 reservation deposit is applied toward the final purchase price
The $14,000 build deposit is due before production begins
The $14,000 build deposit is non-refundable
The $14,000 build deposit is applied toward the final purchase price
Production will not begin until the build deposit and required documentation are received and accepted
Once the build deposit is paid, the order is considered locked
Once locked, the order may not be changed unless approved by Clasica in writing
Timing is estimated only and not guaranteed
Clasica does not currently arrange shipping or delivery
Pickup or transportation is the customer’s responsibility
Additional documentation may be required before delivery
