• When you place your order, your window will be reserved for the next available batch.

• We’ll email you as soon as the batch order has been placed with our supplier.

• Depending on timing and order volume, it may take approximately 1–2 months for a batch to fill and be placed.

• Once the windows arrive to us, we’ll carefully pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.
